I responded to your post 16 minutes after you posted in your thread here:

Not being a Mac user, I’m trying my hardest to help you with my limited knowledge of Mac file systems and organization.

As for moving post and ‘access denied’ problems, you should register your Beatstation to access the support forum. And, if you have already done so, make sure your forum email address and your Toontrack account email address is the same so the system can tell you are a registered user.

Now, registering your product and authorizing your product are 2 separate things. So even if you are having authorization problems, you can still register your products to obtain support forum access.

You didn’t read the forum ‘Important, Read before posting’ link?

I’m an Intel iMac user and installed Beatstation in minutes and was using it a couple of minutes later.
I think the installer is pretty straightforward.
However, it looks like Scott has given you some pretty solid help so far.

    Whitten,

I’m glad you got your Beatstation up and going with no problem.
I was really expecting the same here. I’ve installed a million things on my Intel Mac.
Most of them go smoothly. This did not.
It’s somewhat frustrating when a real problem does occur for a, I’ll call myself a seasoned music computer guy, and there is no support phone number.
Or even a live chat line would be my second choice for D.O.A. product.
And I’m not saying your product is faulty it could completely be on my end but for right now it is unusable.

    Scott,

I do have your message now about tracking down the Core Content if I run into that problem again.
Pleas advise as to what else I can do other than running ONYX or something of that nature. Uninstalling and reinstalling.
If that doesn’t work which I have already done, than what else??

    thanks

I just easy installed the thing onto my iMac drive.
I didn’t direct the content anywhere specail the installer did it for me.
If I now use Spotlight to search ‘Beatstation’ it shows where the application is and all the associated folders.
Have you tired searching ‘Beatstation’ using Spotlight?

    comequat,

    please check your email.
You do not see nor have access to the Support section, since you must have registered your product under a different email than you used to create your Forum ID. You have not provided us with a name for your Forum ID, thus we have no means to track you as a registered user.
Please start with responding to my email, so we may get you on track ASAP.

Please do not use this thread for Support, we do not monitor Requests and Feedback for Support matters and it will inevitably get moved to the Support section.

    Best Regards,
    John
