    Hi,

is the plugin window blank or do you not see the plugin window at all?

Reinstalling on the same computer with no hardware changes requires no new Authorization and the previously issued code should work.

    Best Regards,

Thanks for that John, I can hear the ez drum samples but the plug in window doesn’t show at all. Put the cd rom back in and selected repair but still the same problem.

    regards Graham

    Ok,

I would guess that the plugin window is open but out of view then.
Do you have any command for collecting all windows to the center of the screen?
BTW, you really should update EZdrummer to the latest version: 1.2.1

    Best Regards,
    John

I don’t know if it’ll work with however Sonar handles plug-ins, but if you can make EZdrummer the active window, Alt-Spacebar may work to give you a pop-up to “Move” the window.  After selecting Move (or pressing M), use the arrow keys to bring it back and confirm the new position with Enter.  (Also, Ctrl with the arrow keys will move 1 pixel at a time…)
