Just a heads up. I had to re-authorize EZD after the new update, 1.2.1. Why would that happen?

You mean you had to generate a new authorization code or you just had to input your old authorization code in the authorization window? If the former, the only cause for a new Computer ID and, thus a new authorization code would be a change of hardware. You network card changing from ‘off’ to ‘on’ (or vice versa) changes the hardware configuration. If the latter, I’m not sure.

After I installed the latest update I also had to reauthorize. Same computer, but it wasn’t working with my first few attempts. I restarted my computer, still had to re-authorize, but this time it worked. I hadn’t added/changed anything to the computer or hardware.
