    Hi Scott,
I should have searched before I posted.

If I understand correctly, since my original DVD’s serial number starts with EZ10, I need to uninstall EZdrummer, install my old version from the DVD, and then install version 1.21?

    Thanks

No, uninstall the version you are currently using and download the full installer from your Toontrack account (see pic below)

And make sure you have the latest Windows Installer which is available for XP/Vista here:

For some annoying reason I am trying to read the thread indicated by Scott above but I get a “access denied” error message.

What do I need to reinstall? The FULL 600 something MB version of Ezdrummer from my account and than try the update?

    Yes.

I assume you are talking about your 32-bit XP machine.

Please any news on this? I have unistalled the software from my WIndows XP 32bit machine.

What do I have to install back? I cannot have access to the topic pointed to in this thread (why??????) and all questions answered on the subject seem to be there.

Sorry, I thought I answered your question a couple of posts up.

You: ‘What do I need to reinstall? The FULL 600 something MB version of Ezdrummer from my account and than try the update?’
    Me: ‘Yes.’

IOW, download and install the Full product from your Toontrack account and then try the update.
