You still should be able to download them even though it says you already did.
I do believe I had to do it with one of my EZX packs.
It wont cost you anything to give it atry.

    Hi,

if you look at any of your Software Updates/MIDI files it will probably say ‘Downloaded’ at pretty much all of them. This is due to some kind of glitch we had in the database a while back (I don’t know the details).

By looking at your account you had never downloaded the EZplayer free MIDI (upon til yesterday, that is).

Is this correct? In EZPlayerPro I have these grooves:
    EZPLAYER
EZPlayer Pro Midi folder>BASIC KIT GROOVES
    Pop Rock EZX
    Cocktail EZX
    EZX SPECIFIC
    Claustrophobic EZX
    Twisted Kit EZX
    LATIN PERCUSSION
    USER LIBRARIES
    MY MIDI FILES
    testmidi
    EZX Drumkit From Hell
    EZX Vintage Rock

These above listed are ALL of the FREE grooves I am supposed to have with EZPlayerPro ??
    I also have Superior Libraries> N.Y. Avatar
I also have Add On Packs > Rock Songs

I have just completed a new install of SD2 and EZPlayer Pro, and this appears to be the same for me. Somewhere I read there is supposed to be a total of 8000 grooves. Maybe if you count each up it adds up.

I think the question for me is understanding which sound libraries these correspond to. For example, the Latin Percussion seems to depend on some kind of Latin Sounds library which I do not think is included. And what would be the difference between “Basic Kit Grooves” and “”EZX Specific Grooves”? I would consider buying more libraries if it was clear what grooves map to what recommended libraries.
