  i just installed EZdrummer.It is a download, not a dvd.
  when trying to authorise the product I got a screen saying:
  You will find the Computer ID on the authorization screen

  But then there is this screen:
  Nashville is not authorised for this computer.
  the ID field is called: xxxxx-xxxxx-xxx

  I have windows 7.
  is that the cause of the problem?
