    Many thanks John…but…

Altho the video got me pointed in the right direction Im still having trouble. When I access the “Bundles” window as shown in the video, the EZD list does not come up as it does in the video.

How do I get those EZD instruments to load into the Bundles automatically, as shown in the video?

Ok the EZD shows up in the Bundles window, but I still cannot get multi outs onto separate trax in DP6. Help please!!

OK, I’m on DP7 now but don’t you just add a new Aux Track and the set the input of it to ‘New Stereo Bundle > EZdrummer-1 EZ2’, etc?

The one thing I notice that throws people with multi outs in ezdrummer all the time is that you must go to the mixer of ezd and under output select “multichannel” I don’t remember DP but this always seems to be one of the steps that gets overlooked.

    John,

I can indeed get the muti’s to aux tracks….but am I wrong…the aux tracks cant be recorded as discrete tracks????

Im hoping that I can send every mic to it’s own discrete recordable track. There is a total of 11 “mics”.

DP6 is recognising EZD as an “effect” or a plug-in. I cant get it to send discrete mic signals to separate trax (and yes, the mutichannel function is being used).

Ive been accessing EZD as follows
    Project-new track-instrument track-EzDrummer (stereo)
This seems to be the only way to access EZD.

From there I seem to be stuck with a stereo pair, NOT discrete mutichannel sends that can be directed to separate recordable tracks/mixer channels.

As posted on the Motunation forum, where I answered the same question:

You have to route each instrument in EZD to a bus, which is selected at the bottom of the individual channels in the EZD mixer, and then assign corresponding busses as inputs for individual audio tracks in DP. The kick will default to Out 1/2, so the next one, say snare, would be bus 3/4, toms bus 5/6, etc. You need to create as many individual mono or stereo audio tracks in DP as you have busses in EZD. It’s been a while since I used EZD, but I think that’s correct, and should get you started.

Many many thanks…I tried it but no luck.
I can access the stereo send via DP’s Instrument list…and thats all that I can get.

Ill keep persuing that and thanks again for the input!
