I ordered EZmix on line April 15/10 but after entering my credit card info and clicking to go forward the screen froze and I waited quite a while, then had to exit. I have no record of the transaction but my MasterCard has been charged $69.00 I printed that screen and it says reference # 16601. So how can I get my software downloaded? I sent two emails and got no reply from that contact screen with no submit button or confirmation that anything has been sent. Maybe someone here can help.
I’m sure Martin will be along to help you out…but probably not until Monday morning Sweden time.
