A few months ago I had to reinstall everything on my Mac because of a corrupt file on my iLife program. So the problem is that I can’t get ezdrummer to run on Cubebase LE 4 anymore….which was registered before of course. (Note: I’m currently reinstalling Cubebase LE 4 aswell, because of the same problem…as you may have guessed)
The question is:
1) Should I uninstall the program and then reinstall it?
2) If so, what is proper way to do it, avoiding any problems reinstalling it? (Not deleting the proper files etc)
3) Or…is there a reactivation option I don’t know about?
Thanks
Yes, please uninstall and reinstall but use the Full Download Installer available in your Toontrack account, then apply the 1.2.0 update.
Don’t worry about 2 and 3.

So I would just do the basic Mac uninstall then, to erase my old version? ie….
/Library/Application Support ~/Library/Application Suppport
/Library/Caches ~/Library/Caches
/Library/Preferences ~/Library/Preferences
I’m having a problem getting ezd loaded in my protools le 8. I first purchased ezdrummer at guitar center, and used the activation code process, and was not given a disk. And then ezplaye, and I tused ogether at first using ttsolo. I then got PTOOLSLE8 and after much researching, realize that I have installed the vst version, and PTOOLS need the RTSA version. How do I got back to change this installation type without the disk. I have un-installed, and re-installed using custom setting on my pc several times, but did not see a way to change version. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
well, unless you specifically choose not to install the RTAS originally, it probably is on your system. Regardless, all you have to do is run the latest update (1.2.0 at the time of writing) with default options. It is available from your user account.
