[Sonar] Sonar 8 and EZdrummer

I am trying to record the drums from ezdrummer on separate tracks and am having a hard time getting that to work. When I insert the soft synth in sonar I get 8 different channels but all the drums are on the same channel. How do you go about getting the toms on one channel and the kick on another?

Hi,

go to you tube and look for ezd and sonar there is a well made tutorial on how to do just what you are after.

Well I finally got my EZ Drummer working and boy was I a happy M.F.
It took me awhile to realize thatI had to drag and drop from the Media browser and not the synth rack page.
Then I remembered the Tech guy at Sonar told me that’s how I had to do it. Now if they can get easyplayer pro for 64bit , I can try the other tricks you write about in your forum page.

PC with dual core 3.0 mhz Intel Pentium 8 gig of RAM Sonar 8.5.2 64 bit version EzDrummer 1.2.0 EzPlayerPro Windows 7 Professional 64 bit version
