ScottIf you navigate to the Toontrack folder in Program Files and open the Solo folder and click the executable, does Solo open?

ScottWhat do you mean “none of the program shortcuts work?” The Solo shortcut to open Solo or the path to EZDrummer that loads inside Solo?
Try uninstalling Solo and remove any shortcuts. Then reinstall version 1.1.
