Really?
Or am I missing something.
Just picked up EZDrummer yesterday… Our drummer lives out of town so I’m programming some songs we do, so we can rehearse without him.
One song has multiple tempos, and EZDrummer will only play the first tempo that is set… when it changes, the tempo stays the same.
It plays just fine in Reaper, but won’t play it on its own.
Is there a reason for this?
Seems like a pretty important to have the ability to tempo change within a single song in a drum program.
EZdrummer 2 can’t have different tempos on its track (tempo maps), but you can set different tempos in you DAW and have Follow Host enabled in EZdrummer 2.

Yes, I understand all of that as I stated in my original post.
I’m just wondering why you would intentionally design it this way.
What purpose does the Browser tab in EZDrummer serve if you cannot accurately listen to playback of the tracks that are stored there?
It’s very disappointing… I wish I would’ve known this before I made the purchase.
