My computer is not on the Internet, what do I do?

Solution:

If you are authorizing EZdrummer 2 Please follow the instructions in this video. All other products Please follow the instructions typed below.

Access to the Internet from the computer you would like to authorize is not a requirement. You must, however, have a way to access your account at www.toontrack.com to generate the authorization code. This can be a secondary computer, a smartphone or a friend or colleague helping you over the phone (if the latter, we strongly recommend you changing your login details once the procedure is finished).
To authorize your Toontrack product on an Internet free workstation, follow these steps:

1. Start up your host application on the computer to be authorized (computer A) and write down the Computer ID presented to you by the Toontrack product you wish to authorize.  (If you are using the latest version of your Toontrack product you will need to click the “Offline authorization” button in order to see the computer id).

2. Log on to your Toontrack account, using the secondary computer/smartphone connected to the Internet (computer B) to generate the response code against the Computer ID written down in step 1.

3. Finally type in the response code back into Toontrack solo on the workstation it is intended for (computer A).

If you wish to authorize several products on the offline computer, the procedure applies to all products, but please note that each product requires its own authorization code.

Important note: it is not necessary to install your Toontrack product on ‘computer B’. If you happen to have it installed on both computers, do NOT start the program on ‘computer B’ if your intention is to authorize ‘computer A’ – Computer IDs are unique and the process will fail if you use the wrong Computer ID to generate the authorization code.
