I noticed in the toontrack manager when I click on details it shows some updates to download but I noticed the dates are old before I even had Superior Drummer do I need to download these?
The longer answer is; basic/first installation packages are not necessarily updated to the latest available versions (could be due to OS compatibility, etc.) so any update packages that flags red to install, you should install unless there is an update that is not recommended for your OS version.
