Hi, First of all, I’d like to appreciate how amazing the services you providing to customers and your contribution is, nevertheless the problems that I’ve been struggling with. I was so thrilled to be part of your works but unfortunately I’m having difficulties with specific problems.
As you can check these files attached, you can see that I was truly not happy with ‘System update requirement’ problem. Of course Mac and DAW both updated on lasted version.
I purchased on Feb 8th 6:37 PM and spent more about 6-7hours of struggling which is so devastated. However the problems is still on going overnight. I double-checked all solutions on your Web-site. Willing to keep looking it up and be part of your team, but I am really losing out of my time including my works.
I hope to be able to get refund of it all. Also I sent a message n attached invoice file(serial number included) thru support@toontrack.com email address. Please check up on and reply back. Thank you for your services. Ko.
