I’ve read some forums that state that EZD3 is not compatible with Acid Pro 11. Some of the forum content is a few years old, so I wasn’t sure if this was still relevant or accurate. I was wondering if there is any way to get it to work? I love the concept of EZD3 and would love to purchase it, but if it’s not compatible with Acid Pro 11, then I’m afraid I can only admire EZD3 from a distance. Thanks for any insight or best practices!
Acid Pro 11 should definitely work with EZDrummer 3 because it supports the standard VST3 format. The issues you read about are likely outdated or related to improper plugin path settings. I suggest downloading the free trial version first; it’s the best way to verify it scans and runs correctly in your specific setup before you buy.
