Hi there. In case I would want to sell my licenses (EZ Drummer 2 + Upgrade to EZ Drummer 3) I assume I have to transfer both licenses individually? Which would mean two times the Transfer Fee, right?

Yes, that is correct.
The administrative fee needs to be completed for each serial number you want to transfer.
