Hi there,

I start with a new Mac (CATALINA) and have to migrate all my data. With Toontrack everything worked fine, I can use EZdrummer, EZkeys and EZmix with all my licenses as should be. I did not migrate from one to another Mac but startet from scratch on the new one, i.e. each program was newly installed.

The question: Di I have to deinstall all my serials on the old computer before I reformat it? How does Toontrack know that all these licenses are still only used on one computer?

You can de-authorize the licenses linked to your old computer
by logging into the Toontrack Product Manager on your old computer
or on your new computer.

But how can I de-authorize? I can install, authorize, download … but not de-authorize. The old computer is now newly formatted, so no instruments there. Do I have to tell this to Toontrack?
