Hello,
I just bought Superior Drummer3 (3.1.5 Mac)
I’m trying to download it with the manager.
This is the error message.
“Download of ‘Superior Drummer 3.1.5 (Mac)” has stopped. The connection (using a proxy server) timed out.
I went to my customer area on the Toontrack website
apparently I can download the DMG.
Question: Why, I can’t download from the Manager application on my Mac?
For the record,
I also bought
MUSIC CITY USA SDX
SUPERIOR DRUMMER 3 LIBRARY (I suppose it’s a basic library)
THE ROCK WAREHOUSE SDX
BASIC ROCK 2 MIDI
POCKET GROOVES MIDI

I just found a fix that worked for me:
while in the Toontrack Program Manager, go to Settings, Preferences then click Change Settings for Proxies and uncheck all boxes, next click apply and BOOM! should start downloading.
