Purchased some new Kits but nothing showing in PM

  I bout 3 new kits yesterday, go a confirmation but nothing is showing up in PM. I read all the FAQ went to my products and my purchases but all it is doing is having me download PM again. My purchases aren’t available for download. WTF???
