How do I access the Superior Drummer 3 help forum

  I know this is the wrong forum but when I click the following link for the SD3 forum https://www.toontrack.com/forum/superior-drummer-3-help I am told I do not have permission and can find no way of getting permission.

  Having said that my issue is that when trying to install SD3 library part 3 it fails straight away saying it cannot update soundb53.obw – having taken nearly a week of downloading so far it would be nice to actually get it all installed. Not blaming Toontrack for the long download time by the way, thats due to living so far away from the nearest cabinet for my fibre supply.
