Sd3 Importing Heavyocity Damage Samples

  Is there a way to import Heavyocity Damage Samples into SD3?
  I was told from the Sweatwater salesman that it is possible but linking my folder to SD3, SD3 says no file samples found.??
  I can look up the folder from my computer in Windows 7 and the samples are there so what gives?
  P.S. SD3 also won’t load BFD3 echo samples. This was a selling feature of this software? Please clarify……..
