i purchased drum kit from hell and its not showing up in my products to install. never had this problem before? you guys need a phone number because searching through the forum doesn’t always help.

The fix is to manually register the serial number that comes in your order confirmation email to your Toontrack account. Either via Product Manager or the web account.
