Ive just logged in to check for updates to superior drummer and they are no longer showing on my account. ive downloaded product manager and it says their are no products registered to myself , but when i enter the registration number into the box it says it’s already registered. where have they all gone?

I think you have 2 accounts. There seems to be another user account to a user with the same name but registered with a Gmail account.
If you can recall the login for this account, please use this instead. If you can’t, please contact Toontrack Support directly, providing details, like serial, etc. to have them help you out.
