    Hi Jon,

    Please update to version 2.0.1. WE can see in your video that you are using 2.0.0.

    Also, raising the velocity (not volume) on an opening cymbal hit is not possible because opening hits already use a maximum velocity of 127. Lowering will work however.

    The 2.0.1 update is found in your account under My account > My products > EZDrummer 2 > Updates

    The image you sent me says: 2.0.0 for Mac, not 2.0.1

    Yes. The original install of EZD 2 is 2.0.0. However, under the ‘Updates’ section, there shows an EZdrummer 2 plugin update (2.0.1) and a sound library update. See the pic now with the yellow outlines:
