After updating EZD2 and all of my other EZXs (as well as my SD2) the POP EZX will not authorize using the online authorization procedure in either my DAW Cubase 7.0.7 or in the EZD2 standalone 2.0.1 64-bit.
I get the following message:
“Wrong serial number. That one is for a different product.”
I entered the serial number and Computer-ID from the My Products page for the POP EZX.
What gives?
After doing the latest updates, all of my other EZXs are working just fine as is SD2 after the update.
ALSO, please note that there is a problem with your Search function on this website.
When I am in this forum and I try to do a search for authorization (content of title), I go to your NOT Found 404 webpage.
However, it is clear that there is a topic with the word authorization in the topic. ???
Please advise on my authorization problem. I have sent two requests already to Support but have not received any replies yet.
