Solution:
EZXs are expansion packs requiring either EZdrummer or Superior Drummer to be installed on your computer (the exact version needed is specified on the product page for the EZX you have purchased).
If you receive a message to the effect that ‘EZdrummer must be installed to continue with installation’ and you purchased the EZX to use within Superior Drummer, make sure you have the latest version of Superior Drummer installed first and foremost.
If the install process fails for any other reason, please make sure your operating system is as up-to-date as possible, for example by installing the latest service pack available or point update available from Microsoft or Apple Computers.
