Graphical view for Left handed drummers

There are quite a few left handed drummers out there so how about the option flip or re-arrange the view in Superior/EZ Drummer to accomodate left handed drummers?

Yes please. Why is it not possible to recognize south paws in 2017? I am not a programmer, but it seems a simple matter to include a button that flips the drum kit (visually) to its mirror image. We feel like second class citizens having to translate every key click and edit…especially when using e-drum kits and doing lots of mapping.

I suppose this makes me the third person to ever request left handed UI for superior drummer. Was hoping something like that would have made its way into SD3, but looks like the demand just isn’t there. Bummer!

The displayed image of the kit might not seem like a big deal, but since it’s how users actually target each drum, I often find myself doing things like accidentally tweaking the small tom instead of the large tom (for example), because I forgot that the image is reversed from my expectation. Unless I’m paying super close attention– which in the moment I’m often trying to work as quickly as I can– I’ll wind up tweaking the wrong drum, leading to lost production time.

This was the biggest disappointment after installing SD3.

Offering the ability to view Left handed setup would be a very worthy upgrade.

One I’d even be happy to pay for.
