    Hi,

    it looks from this end as the Upright is installed but not Authorized.
    If you click ‘Show Details’ on the product in the Product Manager and then installation info, what does it say? Can you please post a screen shot?

    Hi John,

    I had exactly the same problem as you when I purchased the bundle at the end of June!

    In the end I got it working by going to File – Open Download Folder in Toontrack Product Manager.
    Then I manually ran the installers for the products that were not installed e.g. EZkeys Upright Piano 64-bit.msi from within the relevant folders.
    After restarting the Product Manager it now shows all items correctly installed and they work fine (64 and 32 bit versions).

    please try to download the individual EZkeys installers for plugins, library and MIDI and run them, restart the PM.
