    Hi,

    First, you could try restarting the computer and see if it helps.

    Do you have any firewall/antivirus/security programs running that could be blocking certain internet connections?

    What’s the IP of your DNS server?

    Hm, then please open Applications > Utilities > Terminal and paste the following command there and press Enter:

    mdfind "kMDItemCFBundleIdentifier == 'com.toontrack.productmanager'"

    Does that show anything?

    If you can’t find it by searching for “Toontrack Product Manager” in Spotlight, check in the folder ~/Library/Application Support/Toontrack/Product Manager/Update – you can get there by using “Go to Folder” in Finder’s “Go” menu. If you find the application, move it to Applications/Toontrack.

    By the way, the Product Manager always tries to update itself to the latest version when you start it, so you should never need to download it from the website to update it. And the download package currently doesn’t contain the latest version.

    I just bought the Dream Pop drum add on–and every time I go to install it within the PM it says i need to upgrade to the latest PM!

    Not quite – the EZX installer, which PM launches, just says that a software update is required. What it refers to is EZdrummer or Superior Drummer. In your case this will probably be resolved if you install the EZdrummer 2.1.8 update again. You can download and install it from the Details view for EZdrummer 2 in PM.
