Pop Punk EZX Missing Beats in Library

I just downloaded Pop Punk EZX.  However, I received very few beats with the purchase.  In fact, only a small amount at tempos of 155, 185, and 190.  I tried reinstalling and it is still the same?  I am very unhappy with this.  Any thoughts?
