    Dear John,

    I’ve already contacted Support via the form on all FAQ pages, but I didn’t get any answer.

    I hoped that you, working for Toontrack, could be in direct contact with people who manage invoices and could tell them to solve the problem and answer to requests, since reading this forum I’m not the only one asking for a proper invoice, but other people are asking the same.

    I never had such problem in the past, with old orders I always received a proper invoice.

    I can also not found any “elecxtrionic receipt” for my order no. 2618008.

    Can you please mail a proper receipt to  info@sunray-music.de

    You can see your invoices on your account page if you made the order through our website.

    If you log in to your account on toontrack.com, click “My Account” -> “My Info” and then you can click the “Orders” tab, you should be able to see your orders and invoices.

    I also need a receipt for EZkeys 2 upgrade and Studio Grand. Thank you!

    They both downloaded and installed easily and work just fine in Nuendo 12.
