Hi,
I just bought an EZ Drummer extension, and its download doesn’t work with your product manager : almost finished, but keeps on downloading ever and ever. When I tried to download it the usual way, I was only able to download the Windows version.
I WANT TO BE ABLE TO USE THE PRODUCT I PAID FOR SO PLEASE HELP.

where are you located? I just tried downloading with the Product Manager and have no problems, even from a mobile connection.
Have you checked your proxies?
Please open the Product Manager and click the Toontrack Product Manager > Preferences menu, then click the “Change Settings” button at the bottom (for Proxies). Is any proxy turned on there? If so, try turning them off and then start a download.
