DEMO PRESET REFRESH NOT WORKINg

I just downloaded the Demo version of EZmix 2 a couples of days ago and now it is not working. The preset list does not change when I key in Vocal. It’s looks like it is stuck on the default which I believe are guitar presets. It was working when I first downloaded it.
