After downloading the Update for SDX, I want to update the files on my external SSD, I press “update” on the install directory SSD as shown on the Product Manager. Then a error statement comes up: “Could not update “SL-SuperiorDrummer3/Name” Try Again?”
Also, there is no Preset Folders in SD3 available when I open up the PlugIn.

** Edit: solved, it was a problem on the SSD Format, not a problem of the Product Manager **
