I think this library is the best drum kit library I used so far. Both the sound and the UI are superior, making the workflow fun and easy.
However, the samples are 44.1kHz, which is usually great, but not always.
It’s getting more and more common for clients to require higher sample-rates and lately I find myself pressed to record the live parts in 96kHz. Also, some streaming services (i.e., iTunes) push for a 96kHz/24bit master.
This is all great until I want to add Superior Drummer into the mix.
Obviously, up-sampling from 44.1kHz to 96kHz doesn’t add anything to the sound except, probably, artifacts… and 250Gb is not exactly small (I can’t imagine how much space it would take on 96kHz)…
Any chance we could add a physical modeling kit into the mix? Or something for those 96kHz projects?
Thanks!
B.
