I tried to update the product manager but ran into a weird issue.
Downloaded the installation package from the website and proceeded to install after unistalling an old version first. The install process seems to run through without a problem, but then the product manager doesn’t appear in the Toontrack folder in my Applications. Computer specs are: Mac Book Pro (late 2013) MacOS Mojave 10.14.4.
Now I don’t have a product manager anywhere on my computer.
I downloaded the additional libraries for SD3 then bungled things up terribly in trying to place them in the file heirarchy. I have slow internet and it took me forever to download so I don’t really want to start over with the Product Manager unless I have to. Does anyone have a picture or doc showing where all the sound files etc go under the Toontrack folder? Thanks!
Never mind, I resolved this.
Hi there
I’ve just bought a bunch of Toontrack stuff, but my C:/ drive is a smaller SSD drive that I only have Windows installed on. I directed Toontrack to use my H:/ drive (2TB internal drive) for downloads and installations etc after I realised it was downloading to the C:/ drive by default.
I’ve cleared the installation downloads, but I can’t find where the sample files have been downloaded? Or where are the .dll files that I need to use to import into Reaper?
I still see there has been some usage on my C:/ drive but I can’t find where Toontrack has used the space. Please advise?
Regards
