    Cool tune, I dig the creepy hook that starts the song. Guitar tone is great, good presence without sacrificing the girth. Probably overlooked is the bass tone– very nice job on that. Love gritty bass tones.

    Two critiques–
    1. Maybe more preference, but I like flat sounding kicks better than the bouncing kind. The kick in your recordings bounces too much for me given the style that you’re playing. Might be as simple as changing the beater selection, but going easier at 12k would also have the same effect.
    2. The accent snares in the intro (the off beat, quick 1-2’s) seem too quiet on a few ocassions. I’d up the velocities on those to continue the flow.

    Overall, very nice. Will be listening to the rest of your work today.
