Need help 2 accounts

Ok let me start out with I have two email addresses one has EZdrummer 2 and the other one has EZmix 2 this was a mistake going back a bit,you see one is my personal email and the other is my bands email and I accidentally bought products for two different emails but not a big deal it all still worked on my recording software. ..till yes my real problem started I bought guitar gods 3 last night I go to activate it and I can’t because the ez mix is registered to a different (my other account) email 🙁 so is there a way to merge the two accounts to one beautiful stress free account so the revolution can begin …please help thank you

You will need to contact Toontrack directly via the FAQ below. They will need to merge the 2 accounts.

My issue is not covered in this FAQ, what next?

I would prefer to use   j****@gmail.com (please use this address for correspondence)

Hi Jimmy,

your email addresses were edited out.
There is no other way than contacting Toontrack Support directly via the FAQ, as Scott wrote above your post, the Forum Advisors cannot help with this matter.
