I purchased Superior about 8hrs ago. Why is Superior (partial) not available for download in "My Products"?

i have a similar problem, however, i bought SD 2 a couple years ago, and had no problems re downloading it before, but now when i try to find my registered product, its just not in my account.

anyone notice this?
