    It seems to me you need to read up on Microphone assignments.
    If I understand you correctly, it’s all done on that page, where you can remove a Default assignment and create a new Microphone fader in the mixer.

    True, you can set up a new microphone fader (that’s what makes x-drums a great feature!) – but that only counts for the first x-drum snare (in a given pack, say DFH).

    If I wanted another x-drum snare from the SAME pack, they will end up sharing the new faders, i.ex. both snares will be routed to snare top, snare bottom, and overhead. I can move the assignments about, but as long as they belong to the same pack, they WILL shadow each other, just test it. 🙂

    I can’t see any workaround to this, and I’ve read the manual thrice, scrutinized forums, and experimented a lot with the S2 interface.
