Request – Export List

At the moment, I maintain a spreadsheet of Toontrack products and which of those I have purchased (having fallen foul of buying the same thing twice). Periodically, I end up going through the site to add the new products.

It would be nice if the account had the option to download a spreadsheet, listing all products, whether you have purchased them, date and the serial number.

Keeping track of what midi files / ez mix expansions etc is a pain without it

It’d be even nicer if the Products pages indicated those which you’d already purchased,
or minimally display a warning if purchase of a registered product is attempted.
I’ve seen this process incorporated in other webstores.

They do. When I go to my account and my products page, things I DON’T own, are slightly greyed out and faded.

Yes, they do….on the My Products page and I will refer there when need be, but purchases are not made from that page.
If the Product Purchase/Order page also offered the same fading, coloring or if the two pages could be integrated,
perhaps the OP (rollasoc) would not have made duplicate purchases; not withstanding those made at 3rd party retailers.
