Issues downloading upgrades for Superior drummer SDX

Hi

I have trouble downloading upgrade patches for all my SDXs. My account seems to just freeze on me when i click on the SDX.

Are you guys having issues with your server???

keep getting this message at the top of the screen:

Same here. Doesn’t exactly leave a great first impression on me.

Hopefully they will get it solved shortly.

I can assure you, this is not normal.
I’ve registered, downloaded and authorized dozens of products on the Toontrack website without issue or delay (as recently as yesterday).
I noticed the same server error message a few hours ago posting in the forum.
I’m betting that the morning crew has arrived and has been reviewing the overnight server logs.

there was an update to the server yesterday and these issues have been taken care of now.
