Today I bought the progressive EZX but I can’t authorize it.
The product is registered on the serial number EXAR-EDFF-PLPE-RGE4-46EA
I’d try it on and offline on my registered pc, but when I klick on “Authorize” there’s the message “Authorization failed.Contact support for help.”
I don’t know what I’m doing wrong?! Please help!

EZX expansion packs require the Full EZdrummer2 or Superior Drummer 3 product to load.

Thanks for the reply. As you can see from the image attached I have installed Ezdrummer 2.14 in my PC, so I don’t know what I have to do. I need the expansion for work!
Do you have EZD2 registered to another account? You only have the Alt Rock EZX registered to this account. I would also suggest updating EZD2 to the latest version.
