Where is the software i just bought??!!

    Did the email also contain serial numbers to the products you bought? If so, register those serial numbers to your account via Product Manager, download them, and install and authorize them.

    This is EXACTLY THE SAME problem that I am having. I actually DID have to pay twice in order to receive ONE product. I am now trying to receive a refund but support has been very unresponsive. To say that I am quite annoyed about this is an understatement. I am 31 years old and this may be the very first time that I will have to dispute a payment through my bank.

    Also, no I did not receive an email with a serial number on it nor did I have any idea that the procedure involved registering or looking for an email with a serial number on it.

    I have a Serial Number for the EZMix 2 Rock and Metal Bundle (bought via Guitar Center). This bundle includes EZMix 2 Core product. https://www.toontrack.com/product/ezmix-2-rock-metal-guitar-bundle/

    When I paste my SN into Product Manager it authorizes the packs but does not install EZMix 2 so I am stuck….how do I get EX Mix 2 installed, updated and Authorized?

    This has been the generic response we receive and they either refuse to answer or refuse to help. I’m gona have to dispute my charges as well at this point. Great product awful customer service

    What exactly are your problems with your Toontrack software and maybe I might be able to help.

    I have also, currently, run into the same issue. I purchased EZDrummer 2 and check out as a guest via PayPal Credit, and upon completion of my purchase, I was prompted to create an account. However, I never received any sort of download link or serial number or anything that would provide me with the product I just purchase. I emailed Toontrack immediately and am currently waiting on an response.

    I see that you have EZD2 registered to your Toontrack account as well as downloaded the installer. Are you still having trouble?

    Yea, I was able to sort everything out. It ended up being sent to an old email my autofill placed in for me. Thank you for the quick response and sorry for any confusion.

    I bought superior drummer 2.0 + songwriters drum pack before having created any account. After paying I received an email with details and an order number saying that I had to create an account and download product manager in order to download my software. I´ve done it but on my new account it doesn’t show up the software I already bought and paid for. I don´t get it!!! I have to buy again and pay twice?? Or am I going to receive at home the software I already paid for since it´s registered with a billing adress?? Please illuminate me cause i´m not getting there. Your procedures are very unclear.

    I don’t see that an order was placed in our webshop. Well, at least under your forum email address. Did you order from a 3rd party dealer or from the Toontrack webshop?

    I’m having the same problem as others have experienced. I’ve purchased a product, received an email confirming the purchase but no serial  number plus in my account it says I haven’t purchased a product. This is probably the worst purchase system I’ve ever encountered and looks  incredibly inappropriate. The fact that some have managed to deal with this system does not make it correct or suitable for purpose!!

    I’ve resent your invoice with your product serial number. Can you check and see if you received it. Please also check your spam folder in case it got filtered there.

    Please email me the invoice you have received so I can take a look at it. I just looked at the invoice I resent and I see a serial number.
