I can still login to my account via web browser but cannot login via Product Manager.
"The reset password email link " takes me to the page where I have to enter original password before creating new password. Therefore I cannot log in.
Will product Manager allow me to move EZ drummer from my external drive onto my new internal SSD drive as my new PC no longer has a DVD drive to install EZdrummer from.
Please advise, many thanks !
Product Manager is not necessary to move libraries between drives accessed by the same computer.
Generally, Product Manager handles the download, installation & authorization of your Toontrack products.
Once installed & authorized, other strategies and/or tools might be required.
