i have downloaded the P.M.,..when I open from desktop shortcut,i get ‘checking for updates’,..buffer,buffer,.then message ‘update check failed’,.retry or quit,..i have countless times but I get the same message,.help/advice if you can please,

Hello,
I hope that the translation is correct, I bought EZDRUMMER2.0, EZMIX2, now I wanted to test EZKEYS but here I have a problem, ezkeys crashes the machine, I’m on a Windows PC 7.0 only works very EZkeys well but I also launched EZdrummer, all plant Cubase5.
Do you have a solution ?
