Lost email and password,

Hi there, I am trying to move my products on to a new pc but it’s been so long since i used the e-mail address I have forgotten what it was and also the password, how do I go about this at all as i can’t remeber the password or e-mail login???

Contact Toontrack directly via the Contact Support button in the FAQ below. They should be able to merge 2 accounts from your name and location.

My issue is not covered in this FAQ, what next?

Hello my EZdrummer 2 is on an old account that the email is no longer working can I merge the two accounts. The old email is doug@amigos-plumbing.com. Thanks for your help in solving this problem.
