invalid serial number ezmix 2. HELP!

Hello,

i bought the ezmix 2 bundle, including 6 ezmix packs for free choose.
Everything works fine at the beginning. I downloaded ezmix 2 succesfully but then I want to download the 6 ezmixpacks and there is one Serial number which doesnt’t work so I just could download 5 of them. The first Serial number of the six numbers doesn’t work, I tried it several times to type the code in the product Manager but there Always comes the error “invalid Serial number”. Can I get a new Code or what should I do?

where did you buy your Bundle? You should contact the seller. If it’s the Toontrack web shop, please go to:
https://www.toontrack.com/faq/how-do-i-contact-support/
and click ‘Contact Support’ providing your order number and serials.
