EZMix, Metal Guitar Gods 3, and Metal Bass Beats

Hi,

I recently installed EZMix 2 and I also bought Guitar Gods 3 and Bass Beast, however when I try to install them I get an error message; “could not read installer config file.” I’m using product manager and I’ve installed and re-installed but still, the same message pops up. Is there something that I am missing?

Hi Roman,

I can see from your logs that you have downloaded and Authorised via the web site, not the Product Manager. Does this mean you’re good now?
BTW, which OS version are you on?

I’m using 10.13.2 I tried again this morning and I still get the error message when trying to install. Thanks for your help by the way, I greatly appreciate

It sounds like you haven’t actually used the Product Manager application after installing it. It’s in Mac HD > Applications > Toontrack. Start that and install the packs from there.
